The Witch in the Woods is a character from The Villages of Halloween County.

She is a legend in the county and the people were warned to stay away from the woods.  But, they have found out she is not wicked and only wants to be with the Village and celebrate Halloween.

Her name is LeeAnn.

LeeAnn is handcrafter and painted in a folk art style designs.  She measures 9" by 4".  She carries her broom and her cauldron which is filled with candy to hand out to the people.
