This is a new design for 2021.  Steampunk Oliver is a character from the Villages of Halloween County.  He is from the county of Hootin Nanny Hallow.  Oliver is the Mayor of Hootin Nanny Hallow.  This designs is to be a hot seller.  Get him before he is gone.

He is designed in the Steampunk attire and is ready for Halloween.  He measures 11" tall and 4.5" wide.  He is in Fall colors and carries his offical Halloween sceptor.  His steampunk hat is adorned with an orange feather and looking so fine.  

This is a reproduction made out of resin.
