The mysterious man is a character from the Villages of Halloween County.  He walks the villages and performs his magic tricks such as making the pumpkin float in thin air.

He is 10" tall by 5" at his widest point.  He is dressed in a vintage style Halloween design with vintage colors.  He has a pumpkin head with the trademark Candle Flame Eyes.

The Villages of Halloween County is a place with no crime. no hatred and perpetual love.  Also, it never snows in the Villages of Halloween County.

This guy is looking for a new home.  The designs are limited in quantity.
