is an original from The Villages of Halloween County and is designed by C. R. McClenning Studio.

When The Mayor walks out on the steps of City Hall carrying his scepter, it is officially Halloween and the towns people can start decorating for the season they love.

You are purchasing the  reproduction   The original  was used to recreate this design which is sold all over the United States.

He measures approx 9.5" tall X 5" wide.  He is poured out of resin and hand painted, detailed, crackled and age to bring out his old world charm.

This design comes signed and dated by the artist.

This is the second edition run of this design.  The first run was sold out and people were requesting this again so they could add to the collection.
